Regular Delivery
We deliver Monday through Saturday anywhere in the Triangle. We also deliver to other North Carolina destinations throughout the week.
Out of State Delivery
We do not deliver out of state at this time.
Helpful Delivery Tips

Congratulations on your new furniture or mattress purchase! We appreciate your business! Below are a few tips to help us provide you the best possible experience.

  1. We schedule deliveries in a time window of “before or after 2pm”. This is not a deadline, but our best estimate of when to expect the delivery team to arrive. We will be on time unless we experience unexpected delays. Before 2pm is generally no earlier than 8am and after 2pm is generally no later than 8pm. We cannot quote specific delivery times even on the day of delivery. If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact one of our stores and we will reschedule the delivery.
  2. Please have the space where the new furniture is to be placed clear and ready. In order to provide a timely delivery for all, our crews are instructed to restrict their activities to moving in the new furniture and/or mattresses and removing old mattresses for disposal. They are not permitted to act as a moving crew for existing furniture. Our delivery personnel will remove the new furniture from the packaging and fully assemble if needed.
  3. Please pay any final balances owed before delivery.
  4. Please inspect your merchandise carefully, noting any defects on the delivery copy. All service claims regarding visual damage on a new furniture purchase must be reported to our service department within 48 hours of delivery. Please call one of our stores to report the information.
