For Same Day Delivery

Congratulations on your new furniture or mattress purchase! We appreciate your business! Below are a few tips to help us provide you the best possible experience.

We cannot quote specific delivery times for same day deliveries. Once your purchase is made, we ask that you return to your home in anticipation of your delivery.
Please have the space where the new furniture is to be placed clear and ready. In order to provide a timely delivery for all, our crews are instructed to restrict their activities to moving in the new furniture and/or mattresses and removing old mattresses for disposal. They are not permitted to act as a moving crew for existing furniture. Our delivery personnel will remove the new furniture from the packaging and fully assemble if needed.
Please inspect your merchandise carefully, noting any defects on the delivery copy. All service claims regarding visual damage on a new furniture purchase must be reported to our service department within 48 hours of delivery. Please call one of our stores to report the information.
